Sales Manager
The Sales Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the New or Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Department. Duties will generally include coaching the sales team, managing monthly/yearly manufacturer and dealership objectives, managing inventory, planning, organizing and coordinating the activities of the Sales Department to ensure that the dealership meets vehicle sales objectives and the needs of customers. The Sales Manager is also required to generate and deliver sales initiatives, revenue growth and client retention strategies. He/she is also generally responsible for hiring, training and coaching their employees, as well as assisting in developing and planning advertising and promotion strategies under the direction of the General Manager.
