We are currently seeking to fill the upcoming position of “Body Shop Manager”. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, and a strong, clear understanding of overall business operations in the automotive collision repair industry, with a minimum of five years in a management capacity within the collision repair industry.

Primary duties of this position are, but not limited to: Assisting Customers, Interacting with all vendors, Ensuring Key Performance Indicators are being reached and maintained, Business Development, including Financial Planning, setting budget and financial targets, Training & Development for all employee’s, maintaining a strong team environment and all hiring needs, daily production scheduling, and maintaining  a clean & organized work environment.

Beyond the formal requirements traditionally expected of a Body Shop Manager, the following technical qualifications & experience are required for this position.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to successfully multi-task through daily operations, good computer skills, and strong understanding of industry software and estimating platforms, have the ability to be self – governing, proactive, and responsible for achieving company goals and maintaining the overall integrity, and good standing of the facility with strong problem solving skills while exercising sound judgement when making business related decisions, accurate & strong estimating skills along with ICBC estimating certification.
