Thinkfleet Management is expanding, growing and in the hunt for a driven Service Operations Manager to join our management team.
The Service operations Manager will be a key member of the Management team and a key figure in the overall success of our Service operations.
The successful candidate will be well versed in all aspects of fixed operations, specifically client relations, promotional expertise, team management and a focus on growth and streamlining process.
Proven track record of strong leadership skills: coaching, planning, training
Ability to create promotions and campaigns to drive new business
Knowledge of warranty guidelines, maintenance and general technical/mechanical in automotive
Strong commitment to CSI
Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with customers, manufacturers and third party vendors
Superior ability to answer technical questions regarding vehicle problems, warranties & repairs
Ability to manage through change
Utilize customer database information in a way that drives business
Marketing the department to drive profitability
Establish and administer operating policies and standards designed to assure compettitve representation of products
Supervise and approve development and preparation of service promotions
Work closely with others in the business to ensure a team approach to achieve and maintain high levels of customer service
Identify solutions to meet and exceed customer expectations
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and others in the industry
Minimum (10) years as a service manager or related experience
All vehicle makes experience preferred
PBS, Fleetio and Telematics knowledge an asset
Proven innovator and team leader
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $60,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
