Tow Dispatcher
The Dispatcher works in the office of a towing company, takes calls from motorists needing assistance or insurance companies, sends tow truck operators to calls and keeps track of all of the company’s trucks while they are on duty. There are a number of computer applications a dispatcher uses to do this work, including GPS and mapping software, fleet management programs, and more.
