The Body Shop Manager oversees the collision repair department in a dealership or in an independent collision repair facility and is responsible for controlling costs, building a loyal clientele, maintaining good employee relations, setting and obtaining sales and profit objectives and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, they must satisfy service concerns of all customers and insurance companies, and ensure that repairs are performed at the highest standards.
