Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for welcoming guests and customers into any automotive business, directing customers to the appropriate party, operating the main switchboard, forwarding calls to the appropriate people or taking messages if necessary. The Customer Service Representative may also required to actively maintain the general organization and cleanliness of an office/lobby area. In addition the Customer Service Representative may be responsible for basic administrative tasks including appointment booking, cashier, inventory updates, customer database maintenance, and other duties as assigned by the management team. The Customer Service Representative work with the organization to provide a better overall customer experience in an efficient manner.
