Parts Advisor

Braber Equipment, a well-established manufacturer/wholesaler of farm implements and industrial equipment in Abbotsford, is seeking a professional individual to join their team as a Parts Advisor. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask and prioritize demands, while providing exceptional customer service and support.  This position has a heavy administrative component including, but not limited to entering and tracking sales orders, data entry and spreadsheet maintenance, navigating the ERP system (Syspro) and utilizing customer specific systems, etc. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

·         Process incoming sales orders and provide exceptional customer service and support

·         Assist customers with a variety of requests, including: recommending products, updating shipping statuses, trouble shooting issues and passing customers on to a technical service representative etc.

·         Maintaining an efficient sales process through spreadsheet maintenance, data entry, and tracking sales orders

·         Issuing Returned Goods Authorizations and coordinating warranty activities with our customers and internal departments

Required Skills:
 ·         Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

·         Exceptional customer support experience and skills

·         Proficient with MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook

·         Strong attention to detail

·         Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to function well under pressure

·         Positive “Can-Do” attitude and results oriented focus

·         Mechanical aptitude is an asset

·         Automotive or agricultural mechanical knowledge required

·         Strong Organizational, Multitasking, and Prioritizing abilities

·         Sales experience an asset

Hours of operation:

·         Monday- Friday, 8am-4:30pm. However, additional hours may be required in order to fulfill job duties. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
