If you answered Yes to any of these, then Fix Auto Salmon Arm has the opportunity for you!  We are seeking a Senior Estimator to join our successful collision team!  Our ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the vehicle repair process and can write comprehensive estimates to ensure our customers and their vehicles are taken care of.   The successful candidate can expect to earn between $60,000 and $85,000 inclusive of bonuses.

Ideal Requirements:

• 3-5 years’ experience working as a collision estimator.
• ICBC certification or experience working on ICBC claims is preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and communications skills with the ability to use tact, sensitivity, empathy, and professionalism when interacting with customers, employees, and insurance partners.
• Results-driven with exceptional planning, organization, and execution skills.
• Valid Driver’s License.
