Isherwood Body & Fender in Duncan, BC is looking for experienced applicants that are interested in joining our team as a Collision Damage Estimator.

About us

Isherwood Body & Fender is part of the Isherwood Auto Group, a Multi-Store Organization that also includes Dickson & Fraser Auto repair, Island Auto Wrap & Vinyl and Valley Collision. Owner, Ryan Isherwood started in the industry as a collision tech 20 years ago but became frustrated with the seeming inability to combine quality work while maintaining a positive work environment. Ryan decided to start his own collision repair shop; Isherwood Body and Fender in Duncan, B.C. and in 6 years his original shop went from $0 in sales to the second largest shop in the Cowichan Valley.

Brief Job Description

Interacting with Customers, vendors, and insurance companies.
Preparing estimates in according to insurance and company guidelines
Developing a repair plan for each vehicle
Manage a timely schedule for all repairs.
What You Need

Completed ICBC Express Repair Course
Thorough knowledge and understanding of the repair process.
Fluent with Mitchell, Audatex.
Solid customer service skills.
At least Two-years’ experience in collision repair industry.
A valid and clean driver abstract and must be able to drive standard vehicles.
Experience with dealing with the various insurance company procedures.
Experience That Would be an Asset

Experience with Imex management systems
Prior experience working as a collision repair appraiser.
Prior experience as a technician at a collision repair center.
A healthy dose of perfectionism
